专辑同名歌曲《是时候》是《当冬夜渐暖》作曲人饶善强的另一首作品，这是一首很从容、很缓慢，但情绪张力非常强的歌曲，适合在夜深人静时聆听，因此燕姿将这首歌放在专辑中的第十首，作为专辑完整的结尾。燕姿觉得这首歌里面有一种「安慰」的心情，歌词中讲说在面临分手的伤痛时，明明知道自己应该掉头就走，可是心里却仍然记得对方也是一样难过、一样脆弱，还依然存留着一丝依恋与不舍。借着燕姿独特嗓音与细腻情绪表达，让人听歌时可以深深感受「是时候」歌里复杂的伤痛情绪！
Swedish electro masters Teddybears recently released their new LP Devil’s Music, and their new video for “Cho Cha” has some seriously evil things going on in it. Though neither of the track’s featured guests, The B-52’s and Cee Lo Green, appear in the group’s creepy-crawly clip, The Voice coach’s vocals are lip-synced by a teddy bear hand puppet who has a strange way of convincing his cute next door neighbor of cuddling up next to him.
